Do you have strong communication skills and enthusiasm? Every satisfied customer is a personal success for you? As the contact person for a customer group assigned to you, you can expect a responsible and varied job.

 

YOUR NEW TASK FIELD

  • Telephone consultation and support of our customers
  • Creation of individual offers according to customer requests
  • Project processing incl. project calculation and order processing
  • Interface function between customers, internal specialist departments and manufacturers
  • Complaint processing

 

WHAT YOU BRING

  • You have successfully completed commercial training/studies
  • Professional experience in internal sales is an advantage
  • Enthusiasm and a forward thinking customer / service orientation.
  • You are a strong communicator with business fluent German and a good command of English
  • Conscientious and careful work
  • You are authoritative and self-confident in your appearance and dealings with customers
  • You are confident in using MS Office (Outlook, Excel)
  • Knowledge of ABAS (ERP system) is an advantage
  • You enjoy working in a team and value collegial, results-oriented collaboration
