ACCOUNTANT WITH PEPP (m/f/d)

YOUR NEW TASK FIELD

  • Checking, recording and account assignment of current business transactions (accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank, G/L accounts)
  • Posting of all business transactions (bank and cash receipts as well as incoming invoices and credit notes, etc.)
  • Support in the creation of monthly and quarterly overviews / reports
  • Contact person for tax consultants as well as for customers, suppliers and internal departments
  • Involvement in dunning, open item management and credit checks for our business partners
  • Inventory support
  • Co-design of process adjustments and optimizations

 

WHAT YOU BRING

  • You have completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d), or comparable commercial training, e.g. as an office clerk (m/f/d)
  • Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting an advantage
  • Knowledge of internal and external accounting and corresponding data collection
  • Confident handling of common MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word, as well as willingness to familiarize yourself with merchandise management programs
  • Written and spoken German and English
  • You work carefully, structured and independently
  • You enjoy working in a team and value collegial, results-oriented cooperation
