ORDER MANAGER WITH FOCUS ON PURCHASING (m/f/d)
YOUR NEW TASK FIELD
- You record all orders and manage them in consultation with the internal departments until delivery and the recording of incoming invoices and credit notes
- You manage orders in consultation with Sales and Logistics until delivery and invoicing to the customer (delivery bill, invoice)
- As part of your job, you will coordinate the internal interfaces to be involved (sales, purchasing, manufacturer, logistics) with the aim of delivering our orders on time and providing optimum customer service
- Responsibility for the entire order processing of services, licenses and products
- You activate the service orders and coordinate with the customer right through to complete delivery
- You are responsible for tracking the orders placed and keeping an eye on the adherence to deadlines for our orders
- You will also support new processes within Order Management as well as any inventories that arise
- You are the contact person for customers, sales and manufacturers as well as internal departments and also deal with customer complaints
- As part of your work, you will find customer-oriented solutions and initiate preventive measures if necessary
WHAT YOU BRING
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship
- Ideally you have experience in order management/purchasing
- Knowledge of ABAS (ERP system) is an advantage
- You are proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel)
- Independent, structured and proactive way of working
- Enthusiasm and a forward-looking customer focus
- You are a strong communicator with business fluent German and a good command of English
- You like to work in a team and attach importance to a result-oriented cooperation
